With an impressive background in sales leadership and business development in the building products industry, Sims will spearhead Tando's market growth and brand visibility throughout the southeast.

With a history of creating market share for new product innovations, Sims has consistently propelled brand growth through new categories across the United States and Canada. Aaron was a leader in driving the AZEK® brand in its early days and did the same with the TruExterior® brand when it was launched as part of Boral.
